- I found the following reference in "C++ FAQs" by Marshall Cline and Greg Lomow. This is the book
- version of the FAQs that appear here in comp.lang.c++, but the book is a much deeper, richer
- resource. The index alone makes it the first book I reach for. Get it. Keep it handy. And check
- out FAQ #466 on page 445-446, which calls out
